The UN reached an agreement on a historic ocean treaty.

The High Seas Treaty, the first marine protection agreement in 40 years, pledges to protect 30% of international waters by 2030. The pact limits fishing, shipping routes, invasive exploration, deep-sea mining, and other harmful activities in the ocean.

Introduced to the House by Rep. Barry Moore (R-AL), the bill proposes to make the AR-15 a formal national symbol. Americans own around 393 million guns, which exceeds the national population of the U.S.

Ohio residents want answers after a second Norfolk Southern train derailment

Another one of Norfolk Southern's trains derailed in Springfield, Ohio, according to several state and local agencies. 28 train cars slid diagonally across the tracks, which officials say were not carrying any toxic chemicals.
