John, happy Women's History Month!

We've come a long way since 25 women and I gathered in my basement to found EMILYs List back in 1985. Since then, we've helped elect 175 Democratic pro-choice women to the House, 26 to the Senate, 20 to governors' seats, and over 1,500 to state and local office.

None of this would have been possible without dedicated supporters like you who share our commitment to protecting reproductive rights for all.

So as we celebrate Women's History Month and all of our candidates who have broken barriers and ushered in progressive change, we have put together a timeline of our work over these nearly four decades. We hope you'll take a look now.
