Team: We just secured a HUGE win in holding Trump accountable for his actions on January 6th.

The Department of Justice told the DC Circuit Court of Appeals that former President Donald Trump is not immune from our lawsuit arising out of the January 6th insurrection at the Capitol. The Court stated, "Incitement of imminent private violence is not within the outer perimeter of the President's office."

The DOJ just made it crystal clear that no one, not even the president, is immune from the consequences of inciting a violent attack on our democracy. This is a huge next step in our efforts to get justice for January 6th, but the work doesn’t stop here. Can you rush an urgent donation today so we can continue the pressure?
