It's $100 Monday! Keep People's World rolling!

By Laura Cambron

Dear John,

Thanks to our awesome readers, People’s World is almost halfway to our $125,000 Spring Fund Drive goal! Our growing base of supporters is enthusiastically digging deep to ensure we keep publishing great stories daily!

March is heralding the arrival of Spring and Nature’s burst of energy. March is also Sustainer Month – a perfect time to become a monthly recurring donor. Nature needs sustainability, and so does People's World! And today is $100 Monday! Will you become a monthly sustainer at the $100 level?

As part of the “Own It!” 2.0 Sustainer Campaign, we invite everyone to join in the fun of the Weekday Sustainer Pitch and become a recurring donor. Each day of the week during March, prospective sustainers are encouraged to sign up for a specific amount ($100 Mondays, $50 Tuesdays, $25 Wednesdays, $10 Thursdays, and $5 Fridays).

Sustainership is the “sustainability” needed to keep People’s World the voice of the fighting multi-racial working class for democracy, peace, environmental justice, and socialism. Recurring donations are a vital part of our yearly income. They are the best way to guarantee steady revenues for People's World throughout the year. We aim to double the number of sustainers to help cover our increased costs while ensuring the same great coverage you expect.

Are 12 of your friends or family members willing to donate $100 to People's World? You can also turn those donations into a monthly sustainer. Being creative with supporting People's World goes a long way and is very welcomed!

Please think of the thousands of stories we publish yearly reporting on grassroots struggles for worker rights, racial and gender equality, LGBTQ and immigrant rights, and international solidarity. We print stories that offer insight and analysis you can’t get anywhere else. And we can’t do this without you!

If you can’t donate now but still want to support the Spring Fund Drive, we will provide you with a digital badge that reads “ADVOCATE” for posting on your social media platforms to show your support for People’s World. You can download the badge and a guide for posting on social media here.

And if you become a sustainer at any level, you will receive a "SUSTAINER" badge to proudly share with friends, fellow activists, and family!

People's World will soon celebrate 100 years of publishing. Can you help us make it another 100 years of truth-telling and working-class partisanship? Become a $100/month sustainer today! And if you're already a sustainer, consider raising your sustainer to $100 a month!

Thanks for supporting People's World because together, we will ensure that People's World continues being the voice of the 99 percent!

In solidarity,

Laura Cambron, People’s World Sustainer Campaign
