Friend,
We've got some big news regarding FPC's case against the ATF's "frame or receiver" rule - VanDerStok v. Garland.
First, the good news: The judge in our case issued a a preliminary injunction as to Defense Distributed and its customers.
However, the judge also denied a motion for preliminary injunction from Second Amendment Foundation in FPC's case, despite saying we are likely to succeed on the merits.
Translation: We could still win in VanDerStok overall, but early attempts to secure an expansive injunction have failed.
In other words, we still have our work cut out for us. And unfortunately, the Government will be relentless in trying to defeat FPC's case.
We could soon be looking at absolutely vicious attacks from the ATF's lawyers, and we need to make sure we're ready.
That's why we're sending out this alert today and asking for your support in suing the lawless ATF.
Please help us DEMOLISH the "frame or receiver" rule by making a donation of $100, $50, or perhaps even $25.
If you give before midnight tonight, you will automatically be entered to WIN a Christensen Arms 5Five6 from FPC!
It is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE that the Government thinks it can make up BS in order to jail peaceable people over hunks of metal.
But that won't stop them from trying to target YOU and YOUR FAMILY, Friend. That's why we must #FightForward today.
