A few months before the 2022 election, it felt like no one believed we could win.

I knew from meeting voters across the district that there was something happening on the ground. Lauren Boebert was vulnerable – but no one outside the district seemed to want to hear it.

Let’s just say, after the race went to a recount and we were only 550 votes behind Boebert, suddenly everyone wanted to take my call. But it was too late.

Because here’s the honest truth: We were outspent. And sometimes no amount of hard work can overcome that big of a fundraising deficit.

I can’t definitively say if a couple hundred thousand extra dollars in the final few weeks would have made a difference… But it might have.

Now, I’m running against Lauren Boebert again, and I need your early support if we’re going to finish the job and win.
