Introduced the SOFA Act to Combat Fentanyl & Opioid Crisis
I introduced legislation with Senator Johnson called the Stopping Overdoses of Fentanyl Analogues (SOFA) Act to combat the opioid epidemic and surge in fentanyl abuse across the country. This bill would invoke permanent scheduling classification of fentanyl-related substances as Schedule I.

Letter to Acting CBP Commissioner Regarding Global Entry Application Backlog
With Americans getting back to work, business travel has almost caught up to pre-pandemic levels. It's time for CBP to eliminate the backlog of Global Entry applications by resuming in-person interviews at all enrollment centers.
I sent a letter to CBP Acting Commissioner Miller, along with nine of my colleagues, requesting a detailed plan to do so.

Co-Introduction of Parents Bill of Rights
House Republicans introduced the Parents Bill of Rights Act to hold school districts accountable and fulfill what parents all across America have been asking for, to make sure their child is receiving a quality education.
My legislation, the CRT Transparency Act, which ensures local school districts post the curriculum for each grade of their elementary and secondary schools on a publicly accessible website as a condition of federal funding, was included in the bill.

It was a pleasure meeting with WPPI Energy who visited Washington this week to meet with me. I appreciate their efforts to ensure everyone in Wisconsin has access to affordable energy.
Meeting with American Sugarbeet Growers Association
The Sugarbeet Growers Association stopped by my office to discuss the contributions of sugar growers and the challenges they're currently facing. I'm grateful for their advocacy on behalf of our farmers.
