I’m honored to continue serving the people of Georgia’s 4th Congressional District. And I’m able to do it thanks to supporters like you, who have made our vision a reality and supported our movement to bring the people’s voices to Congress.

This campaign is powered by grassroots support, and I want to take this opportunity to thank some of my grassroots supporters, starting with those who are also my constituents. So many of you — from Clarkston to Conyers, from Decatur to Stone Mountain — chip in $5, $10, or $25 whenever you can. I want you to know that I see each and every one of these contributions. And I appreciate you more than I can express. You are investing in our neighbors and communities, and I’m in awe of your selflessness.

Then there are the like-minded folks around the country who may not live here in the district but who believe in our mission — who want to see voting rights protected, reproductive rights codified, the Supreme Court reformed, and economic barriers lowered. I see each one of your contributions, too.

You may live in Springfield, Missouri or Issaquah, Washington; Wilmington, Delaware or San Jose, California; New Orleans, Louisiana or Falls Church, Virginia. Whether you give $100 or $10 or a dollar or two when you can spare it, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Too often we elected representatives ask more and more of you, and we don’t stop to thank you for everything you do. Whether we like it or not, money drives elections, and your willingness to give to our cause is humbling.
