Women's rights are human rights, and human rights are women's rights.
This is one of my core beliefs — one that feels especially important this Women's History Month.
Last year, the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade , and undid nearly 50 years of protections for abortion rights. Since then, we've seen the terrible consequences of this decision — like a pregnant ten-year-old who was forced to travel outside her home state to receive medical care. And just this week, we've been powerless as we've waited for a decision from a Texas judge that might ban abortion pills nationwide.
I have been a lifelong supporter of Planned Parenthood, and I will always stand up for a woman's right to choose.
But fighting for equality also means more than that: it means passing legislation to ensure equal pay, investing in women entrepreneurs, and more. These will all be priorities of mine in Congress.
Women's History Month is a chance to celebrate all the incredible women who have contributed to the American story, but it's also a time to recognize how far we still have to go.
Together, we can take this fight to Congress — and make a real difference.
Thanks for being on this team,
— Harley

In 2018, he ran for office because Washington politicians had failed us for too long. Against all odds, his campaign unseated a 30-year Republican incumbent.
Harley was the most legislatively productive new member of Congress, and delivered more tax dollars back to the district than anyone before or after.
Now, Harley is running in one of the toughest — and most important — House races in the country. You can learn more about his work here [[link removed]] or donate to support his campaign here [[link removed]] .
