Here is an important difference between how Senator Sinema has used her power in the Senate, and how I will approach the job.

Fact:

Senator Sinema is ranked #1 among current Senators in donations from the payday lending industry.

Those are the predatory lenders who will give struggling people cash up-front at interest rates that would make loan shark blush.

If you’ve ever served in the military or been near a military industry, you see a lot of these places looking to take advantage of service members' guaranteed pay, even if it leaves families trapped in a spiral of debt.

As a Senator, she has worked to loosen enforcement on those predatory lenders. She has sided with Republicans to support them.

And she has been rewarded financially for her help.

That’s not been my career in Congress and it certainly won’t be in the Senate. The ultra-wealthy and financial predators like the payday loan industry don’t need more advocates in Washington.

To state the obvious, those powerful forces won’t be donating to our campaign. Instead, we rely on lots and lots of people donating what they can to fight back.

Please contribute to my campaign — whatever amount sounds worth having a Senator who will fight back against predatory lenders taking advantage of hard-working Americans.
