Friend,
We hit the ground running in 2020. Last week, I laid out our road map for the year ahead with our State of the State Address. Just this month we’ve passed bills codifying the protections of the Affordable Care Act at the state level, providing funding for women's health care, and providing security funding for non-profits at risk of terrorist attacks -- all in the name of making New Jersey stronger and fairer for everyone.
I know that we're stronger when New Jerseyans have a say in our democracy. That’s why I’m excited to invite you to a town hall at The Woodland in Maplewood next Wednesday, January 29th at 7:00 p.m.
We’ll talk about the issues the middle class faces -- from education, to property taxes to anything else on your mind -- and what we can do to make smart investments in our collective future.
I hope to see you at 7:00 p.m. in Maplewood. Doors open at 6:15 p.m., and seating is first come, first served.
I hope I’ll see you there. We need your voice.
Sincerely,
Gov. Phil Murphy
