After helping break turnout records in the primary, we're gearing up finish the job and flip the court!
Indivisibles,
We're exactly one month out from the most important election of 2023. After winning 46% of the vote in the primary, liberal judge Janet Protasiewicz has a solid chance of flipping the Wisconsin Supreme Court on April 4. We're proud of the work Indivisibles have done to get us to this point, but we also know there’s more to do.
With conservatives at risk of losing their majority on the court -- and with it their chances to keep abortion illegal and potentially overturn the 2024 presidential election -- MAGA Republicans are pouring millions of dollars into this race. It’s already become the most expensive judicial election in US history.
The biggest spender supporting MAGA candidate Dan Kelly is billionaire megadonor Richard Uihlein, who has a history of backing far-right groups and candidates. After the 2020 election, he helped bankroll organizations seeking to overturn the results. Last year, he spent millions supporting election deniers running for office and contributed millions more to anti-abortion groups -- including one that has endorsed Kelly. And in the Supreme Court primary alone, Uihlein has contributed over $1.5 million to the super PAC supporting Dan Kelly.
Anti-abortion activists and election deniers like Uihlein have lined up behind Kelly because they know he will be a reliable vote against reproductive freedom and the voting rights of Wisconsinites.
We don't need to outraise Kelly and his extremist supporters to beat him. We just need to raise enough to ensure our volunteers and local groups have the resources they need to get out the vote for Protasiewicz. With only a month left before the election, please consider pitching in to help us get out the vote and flip the court in Wisconsin.

Thanks to everyone who's already donated, a lot of our GOTV work is currently underway. We're getting ready to launch the radio ads Indivisibles voted to fund, preparing for more rounds of peer-to-peer texting, and distributing funds to local groups.
We’ve also shipped thousands of postcards for local groups to send to voters -- but we ran into a welcome surprise. When we sent out an invite for local groups to write postcards, we got four times more requests than we were expecting! Obviously, that was not budgeted for. Rather than turning down groups who are motivated to get out the vote, we decided to increase our spending to meet the demand.
If you're able to, please pitch in to help us cover the cost of the postcards we're providing local groups to send to voters.
The results from the primary have already shown we can have a huge impact in this race. Now, we have four weeks to finish the job. Let's get going.
In solidarity, Indivisible Team
