Save the Children Action Network is the political voice for kids.
Friend –
55 health centers. 1,300 schools. 8,500 buildings and homes.
That’s what last month’s devastating earthquakes stole from kids in Syria.
Not to mention the thousands of lives that were tragically — and suddenly — lost.
Half of the country’s children have grown up knowing nothing but conflict. After enduring a lifetime of devastation, they face unimaginable trauma yet again.
Urge lawmakers to support kids like Hoda*, whose tragic story you can read below. Millions of futures hang in the balance. [[link removed]]

It’s been three weeks since earthquakes ripped through Türkiye and Syria, killing 50,000 and impacting 23 million, including children like Hoda*. Tell our leaders: We have to protect children and families as they wade through the rubble. [[link removed]]
Take Action! [[link removed]]
Hi Friend,
Hoda* was at home when the world began to shake on February 6th.
Panicked, the 11-year-old clutched her sister’s hand and ran — narrowly escaping before the walls collapsed.
“It was raining heavily, and it was very cold,” she remembers. “Everything fell down into the rubble.”
Trapped somewhere in the debris is Hoda’s favorite teddy bear, buried with the rest of her belongings. Like thousands of other kids, she lost absolutely everything.
The threat of disease outbreaks, hunger and poverty are looming — and without support, families could suffer further death and destruction [[link removed]] . [[link removed]]
Friend, for Syrian children who’ve known nothing but war, this tragedy is piled on top of a lifetime of trauma.
Millions — including Hoda — are sleeping in tents or cars, grappling with unimaginable stress. They’re in urgent need of shelter, food, doctors and mental health support. Many don’t even have safe drinking water, toilets or places to wash.
Wrecked roads and damaged hospitals have made the situation more dire for kids in Syria, making it nearly impossible to reach every child in need.
Urge your representatives — from Congress to the White House — to scale up lifesaving aid in Syria before it’s too late. [[link removed]]
