SIGN ON: DEMAND EQUAL PAY FOR WOMEN

The sad reality is, team, that right now, we still live in an America that does not currently ensure women receive equal pay for equal work. With prices rising to a four-year high and underemployment still a concern, women need fair wages more than ever.

Here at the Fairness Project, we’ve dedicated ourselves to fueling ballot measure campaigns that guarantee livable wages to everyone. From Arkansas to Massachusetts, we’ve won campaigns in nine states that have brought higher wages to workers.

We’re fighting for social and economic fairness for all. That’s why, as we kick off Women’s History Month, we’re asking you to join the celebration by taking action: Sign our petition and demand fair and equal wages for women!

DEMAND EQUAL PAY

Right now in the U.S., a white, non-Hispanic woman only makes 83 cents for every $1 a white, non-Hispanic man makes. And team, the pay gap for women of color is far worse:

  • Black women are paid on average 64 cents for every $1 a white man makes;
  • Native American women make 58 cents on average;
  • And Hispanic women make 54 cents compared to white, non-Hispanic men in the workforce.

Any person of any gender deserves to make equal pay for equal work. If you agree, will you add your name to our petition and demand fair and equal wages for women, friend?

ADD YOUR NAME

Thanks for signing on, team. Here’s to women everywhere finally getting the paycheck they deserve!
