When we say early money in a campaign can be a difference-maker, we mean it, team.

Because Pat’s district is in New York, the cost of running TV ads in our area is expensive. And the sooner we can make ad buys, the better the rate we can get — and the less competition we’ll face from Republican campaigns for the same airtime.

Last year, Pat quickly gained name recognition in the Hudson Valley because we had ads online and on the airwaves as much as possible — but that came at a steep cost.

We can plan farther ahead this election cycle and make strategic buys early on — but only if we have the resources. We know it won’t be long before Republicans start spending big to beat Pat, so we’re preparing our ads budget ASAP.
