This Wisconsin Supreme Court election is one of the most important elections of the year which will determine the ideological balance of the court and the future of many fundamental democratic freedoms — from abortion access to voting rights.

Electing Judge Protasiewicz to the court will be the difference between overturning Wisconsin's 1849 abortion ban or maintaining it, protecting voting rights or disenfranchising thousands of voters in a battleground state, and even whether the will of voters in the 2024 presidential election will be upheld or reversed.

That's not an exaggeration.

Not only is this race expected to be the most expensive judicial race in history, but MAGA millionaire mega-donors have already spent millions attacking Judge Protasiewicz on the air.
