Rep. Troy E. Nehls Speaks at House Judiciary Subcommittee on the Fentanyl Crisis in America

On Wednesday, my colleagues and I on the Subcommittee on Crime and Federal Government Surveillance heard from witnesses about the effects of the devastating fentanyl crisis in America. The fentanyl crisis plagues our communities and is robbing us of our children. We must make selling and distributing fentanyl a capital crime and enforce the death penalty. We have to stand up to the CCP and the drug cartels. Watch my remarks from the hearing HERE.

We're seeking full-time interns for our Richmond district office. Current college students and recent graduates are welcome to apply. Intern responsibilities include answering and logging constituent phone calls, assisting staff with special projects, casework, and administrative duties. The ideal candidate should be interested in public policy, politics, and government and is willing to learn more about the legislative process to serve the constituents of Texas’s 22nd Congressional District.
