BUNDAMBA & CURRUMBIN
CANDIDATE NOMINATIONS NOW OPEN

Pauline Hanson’s One Nation have declared candidate nominations “open" for the seats of Currumbin and Bundamba following the surprise resignation of Jann Stuckey and the potential exit of Jo-Anne Miller.

Queensland’s One Nation executive today voted to contest all by-elections ahead of the state election in October.

A spokesman for the party said, “Support for One Nation throughout the Gold Coast and Ipswich electorates have grown steadily over the past five years and our members strongly endorse running candidates at the by-election and general election in October.”

“At this stage, One Nation will prioritise its pre-selection process for Currumbin as there’s been no formal indication that the Member for Bundamba will run for the upcoming Ipswich Mayoral position.”
