The House Ethics committee formally announced its investigation of serial liar George Santos. The committee voted unanimously to investigate whether he engaged in unlawful activity during his 2022 campaign.

This is a big deal.

George Santos is unfit to be a member of Congress, and should not be able to represent a constituency that voted for a facade of who he really is. He is a liar, and he manipulated his voters.

This investigation is a step toward accountability of members of Congress, but we don’t need an investigation to prove what we already know: George Santos is a fraud and must be expelled from Congress.
