Wollaton Park & Newstead Abbey
The popular Open-Air Theatre Season returns to Newstead and Wollaton this summer with a full programme of new and traditional performances. Pack your picnics, camping chairs and blankets to enjoy theatre in the great outdoors!
Chapterhouse Theatre Company brings the classic stories Sense & Sensibility, The Secret Garden and The Importance of Being Earnest in full period costume. Families can also enjoy a fun-packed retelling of Nottingham's own Robin Hood.
The Lord Chamberlain's Men open the Wollaton season with Shakespeare's timeless love story, Romeo & Juliet. There's also a farcical piece of new writing - MacHamLear - pitting Macbeth, Hamlet and King Lear against each other.

Ibiza Orchestra Live returns to Nottingham for 2023. Hosted again at Wollaton Park, this year they go bigger and better with a brand new show from the incredible orchestra and some amazing new support acts.
You can expect to hear tracks created by artists such as: 808 State, Massive Attack, Ian Van Dahl, Daft Punk, Robert Miles, Energy 52, Tiesto, Fatboy Slim, Prodigy, Candi Staton, Faithless and many more.
These iconic Ibiza anthems are performed by a 26 piece orchestra, with chart-topping support acts, DJs and live vocalists.

National Ice Centre
You’re never too young to learn how to skate! National Ice Centre runs sessions every Monday so that little ones can build their confidence on the ice using ice equipment.
A section of the ice rink is reserved exclusively for young children and parents/guardians only, so there will be no older children on that part of the ice. It’s a calm environment for the children and you can even use pushchairs on the ice!
Adult tickets are just £5 and children aged 5 and under go free.
