John, did you see what President Obama said about the fight for fair maps?

“Thanks in part to [the work of the NDR PAC’s affiliate], states that were once gerrymandered by Republicans—Michigan, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Colorado, Minnesota—are now highly competitive. And that’s how it should be—voters should choose their representatives, not the other way around.”

He’s right! Last November, the fair maps movement helped Democrats:

● FLIP state legislative chambers in states like Michigan and Pennsylvania,
● BLOCK veto-proof GOP majorities in states like Wisconsin and North Carolina,
● DEFEAT election deniers in states like Arizona and Nevada,
● WIN full control of state government in states like Michigan and Minnesota.

For years, grassroots supporters like you have powered the NDR PAC’s work. But our work is not over, John. That’s why President Obama also said this:

“[V]oters in some states—including Florida, Texas, and Wisconsin—are still affected by gerrymandering. That's why we've got to stay in the fight and keep working to stop partisan gerrymandering once and for all.”

We helped elect democracy-defending candidates across the country last November—but by no means are we in the clear. That’s because through voter suppression, gerrymandering, and attacking our electoral institutions, Republicans are not giving up on ways to hold onto unearned power.
