On February 3rd, a train carrying toxic materials derailed in East Palestine, Ohio.

Making the tragedy even worse is the fact that this was 100% preventable. Workers warned that this could happen, but rail companies had lobbied leaders to repeal critical safety measures.

Let us be clear: this derailment was preventable and caused by corporate greed and corruption. Corporate executives will chase profit above all else, especially when accidents like this don’t impact their communities. We will not tolerate this corruption and greed and neither should you.

Tell Ohio Gov. DeWine and Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro to (1) provide medical monitoring, (2) support independent environmental testing, and (3) meet with residents regularly, in-person, on an ongoing basis by adding your name to this petition right now.
