Delegate Lamont Bagby has won the Democratic nomination , but he still needs to win in the special election happening on March 28th! We only have a razor-thin 22-seat majority in the State Senate right now. That means that the VA GOP only need to flip two seats to take complete control of Virginia’s state government.
