Friend,
On behalf of our team at the Fairness Project, I wanted to say thank you. Thanks to the generosity of dedicated supporters like you, friend, we were able to reach our Ballot Measure Rescue Campaign Emergency Fund goal and finish out the month of February on a strong note.
The dollars raised from this fund will be critical to our efforts this year as we litigate and run “No” campaigns to defeat any attempts by extremist officials to suppress the power of voters by making ballot measures harder to pass — especially in states where protecting abortion could be on the ballot as soon as this year.
10 states remain where a ballot measure campaign could restore abortion protections after the fall of Roe v. Wade — but anti-abortion extremists know this, and are coming after the ballot measure process with more ferocity than ever before.
But you and I both know, friend, that when we stand together, when we raise our voices together, we win. So, while February has come to a close, we enter March and Women’s History Month stronger than ever. This year’s theme is “Celebrating the Women Who Tell Our Stories,” and team, we plan to do just that.
While we get ready to fight back against extremist officials who want to suppress our collective power, will you help us show the strength of this movement? If we’ve run a campaign in your state that helped you, please let us know! And if a campaign in your state would be helpful, let us know what issue area you’re most passionate about seeing on the ballot. [[link removed]]

We’re stronger when we stand together, friend. Will you share your story with us so we can show extremist officials the fierce team we’ve built in the fight to preserve the power of voters? [[link removed]]
