Major victory! Just moments ago, the Wisconsin Assembly Committee on Federalism and Interstate Relations passed the Convention of States resolution, with a final vote of 5-2!
This victory puts us one step closer to Wisconsin officially joining the 15 other states who are fed up with federal overreach and are calling for a Article V Convention to propose amendments that would drain the swamp… permanently!
With two primary sponsors and 33 co-sponsors on the resolution, we’re well on our way in WI, but we still need to secure a “do pass” vote on the House floor before heading to the Senate for a final vote.
Now is the time to double-down on our proven victory strategies and bring home state #16.
