Week 1: Proper Forum and Framing the EEO Complaint

This webinar will focus on learning how to properly frame EEO claims to ensure a quality and complete investigation. This includes what a complaint is alleging, and bases of the claims being raised.

Week 2: ROI Checklist by Action

The Agency is required to produce a complete and impartial Report of Investigation (ROI). This webinar will cover what must be included in an ROI as well as guidance on submitting documentation and identifying witnesses to the Agency’s EEO investigator.
