Not One Student Proficient In Math In 10 Minneapolis, St. Paul Public Schools: Report At least 10 elementary and high schools in the Minneapolis Public School District and St. Paul Public School District in Minnesota, did not have a single student meet grade level expectations in math during the 2021-2022 school year, according to a Wednesday report by the Center of the American Experiment, an organization focused on state public policy. Statewide, 19 school districts did not have one student test proficient in math on the 2022 Minnesota Comprehensive Assessment, a standardized test used to determine what students have learned, according to a Center of the American Experiment report. VIDEO: NATO Chief Says Ukraine Will 'Become a Member of Our Alliance' in the 'Long Term' NATO General Secretary Jens Stoltenberg said Tuesday that member nations have agreed Ukraine will join the alliance in the "long term," but that for now, the task facing the international community is to ensure that Ukraine remains a free and sovereign state independent of Russia. "NATO allies have agreed that Ukraine will become a member of our alliance, but at the same time that is a long-term perspective," Stoltenberg told reporters at a news conference with Finnish Prime Minister Sanna Marin in Helinski.

Pennsylvania Man Accused of Trying to Bring Explosive on Airplane A Pennsylvania man is in custody after he allegedly tried to place an explosive on an airplane at the Lehigh Valley International Airport. On Monday, Mark Muffley, 40, of Lansford, checked in at the Allegiant airline desk at the airport shortly after 10:45 a.m., investigators said. 4. ‘It Is Quite Easy’: Merrick Garland Reveals Why The DOJ Prosecutes Pro-Lifers More Often Than Pro-Abortionists Attorney General Merrick Garland said during Congressional testimony Tuesday that “it is quite easy” to prosecute pro-life protesters because they are often photographed in daylight. “I will say you’re quite right, there are many more prosecutions with respect to the blocking of the… of the abortion centers but that is generally because they are… those actions are taken with photography at the time, during the daylight and seeing the person who did it is quite easy,” Garland said during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing as he was questioned by Republican Sen. California Border Crossing Sets Record for Meth, Fentanyl Seizures U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers assigned to the Andrade Port of Entry in California established a new port record with the seizure of nearly $1 million worth of fentanyl and methamphetamine. The officers found the drugs hidden in a vehicle’s fuel tank. CBP officers assigned to the Andrade Port of Entry on February 26 observed a woman driving a 2016 pickup truck approaching from Mexico for entry inspection into the United States. Family Raises 250-Pound ‘Dog’ for 2 years — Then Realizes it’s a Bear A family in a remote part of China adopted what it thought was a puppy, only to discover two years later that it was actually a bear. Su Yun, who lives in a village outside the city of Kunming in Yunnan Province, bought what she was led to believe was a Tibetan mastiff puppy while on vacation back in 2016, according to reports.
