Attached is this week's KCDC Legislative Update.

A hearing is scheduled for today on HB 2423, enacting the act against abusive access litigation to create a civil action for determining whether litigation that alleges any access violation under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) or similar law constitutes abusive litigation and authorizing penalties for such abusive litigation in House Judiciary committee at 3:30 in room 582-N.

I'm out of the office part of today in meetings, so any corrections or additions you send me won't be sent out before tomorrow morning.
