Let’s talk about Judge Daniel Kelly.
He’s the conservative candidate for the open seat on Wisconsin’s Supreme Court bench this April—but his views on abortion are pretty antebellum. If he wins, you can be sure he would help uphold the state’s near-total abortion ban that was written in 1849.
He’s endorsed by not one but three of Wisconsin’s largest anti-abortion groups and, consistent with the current draconian ban, opposes abortion in nearly all circumstances, including in cases of rape or incest.
This isn’t the future that Wiscosinites want. Luckily, it’s a future that’s not at all set in stone. We still have time to make sure we elect a candidate that represents all Wisconsin voters—Judge Janet Protasiewicz.
Help get the vote out for her by writing letters to unlikely voters in Wisconsin. Make sure they know what’s at stake: fundamental freedoms, voting rights, and possibly the 2024 election.

Judge Kelly’s position on abortion is bad, but it’s only the beginning. This is a man who advised MAGA Republicans on their fake elector scheme, a desperate ploy to falsely submit Trump’s electors as if he had won in Wisconsin when really, he lost the state by over 20,000 votes.
Judge Kelly’s views are too far out of the mainstream and don’t reflect Wisconsin values. Electing him would be too great a risk for Wisconsin and, in such a close swing state, the nation.
We need all hands on deck if we want to protect Wisconsinites’s fundamental freedoms and our country’s elections. Sign up today to help get the vote out ahead of April 4th and make sure we elect Judge Protasiewicz to the Wisconsin Supreme Court bench.
