Hey John,
The Moore-Miller administration has officially been in office for one month now, and it’s already clear: Maryland is leading — and we’re not slowing down!
Check out last week’s video update here to see what we accomplished →
Here are just a few of the many highlights:
- I proudly testified before the Maryland State House in support of the SERVE Act, our first-of-its-kind bill to create a paid service year option for every high school graduate to serve our state.
- I declared February 20 Civil Rights Heroes Day, in honor of Maryland’s civil rights and abolitionist leaders like Harriet Tubman and Frederick Douglass.
- I joined U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris in Bowie to announce new action to reduce barriers to homeownership.
I hope you’ll continue to tune in and follow our administration’s progress as we continue our work to move Maryland forward and leave no one behind.
Elevate,
Wes
