President Biden’s radical February 16, 2023, Executive Order on Further Advancing Racial Equity and Support for Underserved Communities Through The Federal Government directs agencies to prevent and remedy discrimination, including by protecting the public from algorithmic discrimination.

And now, we have strong reason to believe that Biden’s Treasury Department is altering the IRS’s audit algorithms to illegally implement racial quotas and/or requiring agents to use taxpayer race and ethnicity data to ensure “racial equity” in IRS audits.  

As I’ve pledged, America First Legal will relentlessly oppose Biden’s new Marxist edicts directing all federal employees to submit and surrender to the racialist and racist equity agenda. We will not allow the machinery of the federal government, with all of its considerable and awesome power, to be used to punish Americans based on skin color or to replace our entire constitutional order with race-and-gender based Marxism.
