Help Reunite Unaccompanied Minors with Sponsors in US

With thousands of unaccompanied immigrant children currently detained, lawyers are needed to help reunite them with their families and/or sponsors in the U.S.  Training and mentorship are provided, and experience with immigration law is not necessary. This is a remote opportunity, and lawyers may be barred in any state.

Help Trans Community Navigate Discriminatory State Laws

ACLU-Mississippi

In response to new discriminatory health care laws impacting trans youth, the trans community, their families, and health care providers need guidance on how to navigate this new legal territory. This is a remote opportunity. Though this project is based in Mississippi, lawyers barred in any state are welcome to volunteer.

Help Venezuelan Immigrant Apply for Asylum

Rocky Mountain Immigrant Advocacy Network

A Venezuelan man who fled his home country due to fear of political violence needs a lawyer to help him apply for asylum to stay in the U.S. Training and mentorship provided. Though this project is based in Colorado, lawyers barred in any state are welcome to volunteer.

Help Education Nonprofit Protect Intellectual Property

#YesSheCan Campaign

A nonprofit dedicated to helping address financial barriers to higher education needs help writing terms and conditions to protect their intellectual property, including a proprietary student loan tool. This is a remote opportunity, and lawyers may be barred in any state.

Help Nonprofit Develop IP/Licensing Agreements

Cambio Labs Co

A nonprofit focused on giving under-resourced communities entrepreneurship training needs a lawyer to help them develop intellectual property protections and licensing agreements for their platform and curriculum. This is a remote opportunity, and lawyers may be barred in any state.
