Use your collective voice to express the importance of early childhood programs to lawmakers, and boost your knowledge with key information on legislative and budget issues that will affect the futures of children throughout the state. The Governor’s Smart Start Illinois initiative has laid out a comprehensive plan to transform our early care and learning systems—now we need advocates to urge the Illinois General Assembly to make his plan a reality! |
