Dear John,
Today's the day! I want to congratulate you for taking this step into better brain health.

Join us at 12 pm PT / 3 pm ET for our first live session of the Brain Longevity Challenge. Haven't registered? Do that now!

You will receive a link to the meeting a few hours before the session.

Today's kick-off meeting will give us a chance to introduce ARPF and get to know this community better. We'll go over the Challenge and what you can expect. These meetings are designed to be motivational and a time of connection.

Please hold Thursdays throughout March at 12 pm PT / 3 pm ET for these check-ins. There will be something special at each check-in and opportunities to win prizes. If you can't make it – that's okay. We'll send you the recording the following day.
Don't forget to share this with your friends, colleagues, loved ones and neighbors. Everyone will benefit from taking part in this Challenge.

This Challenge is a fundraiser to honor the last 30 years of progress. Your minimal registration fee of $1/day ensures that we can continue to offer these programs.

Yours in Brain Health,
