Nottingham SUD strategy funding available

The Nottingham Sustainable Urban Development (SUD) strategy is part-funded by ERDF to support business incubators and accelerators in the Greater Nottingham area.

A new and final call has now been launched with 8.5m available for projects that can provide 50% match funding.

Deadline for outline applications is 10th March 2020.

Free spaces for creatives at Culture Lab Europe

The European Cultural Foundationinvites you to apply for participation in Culture Lab Europe, which will take place from 16-18 April 2020 in Rijeka, Croatia as part of their *EU Capital of Culture year [ [link removed] ]*.

*Culture Lab Europe is a unique opportunity to*:
- be inspired by initiatives tackling the pressures facing European societies
- build connections with other cultural change makers across Europe
- develop initiatives contributing to a European space for public debate, fostering solidarity amongst people living across our continent
- meet funders and be part of their initiative for European public space.

Reduce your energy bills: N2 Energy Grants

SME businesses are taking steps to improve their energy efficiency with an N2 Energy Grant; over*25 businesses*across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire have been helped so far, with an average saving per business of between *50 *and *80%*.

Grants can provide financial support to invest in measures that lead to cost and carbon savings. Businesses have already used these grants to implement projects such as lighting and heating upgrades, insulation and purchasing new machinery.

Eligible businesses can receive up to 16,000 to fund 40% of the cost of installing energy efficiency measures.

The N2EG Programme is part financed by the European Regional Development Fund and is delivered by Nottingham City Council. The programme is open to businesses with fewer than 250 employees located in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.
