With overwhelming support, NRA-backed lawmakers just passed a permitless carry bill through the South Carolina House. Meanwhile, Florida lawmakers, led by NRA darling Gov. Ron DeSantis, are nearing the final vote to make permitless carry legal in the state. If either of these bills passes, it would mean that the majority of states in our country allow anyone to carry a concealed and loaded firearm virtually anywhere.
