Our end-of-month fundraising deadline is today, and my team and I are having a disagreement. I think we reached our fundraising goal. My campaign manager thinks we haven’t.

Have you noticed that we’re sending fewer emails than we used to? That might mean happier inboxes, but it’s also a big risk that could result in us raising less for the campaign. I’m doing everything I can to have the resources to win while also helping other Democrats do the same. We have SO much to be proud of from the last two years. Let’s secure a Democratic majority and do it again. Let’s finish the job.

What are the stakes? With House GOP hard-liners extracting a series of concessions from Speaker Kevin McCarthy, that means even the most basic but essential functions of Congress – like passing a budget and raising the debt ceiling limit to help our economy – will be challenging to achieve.

When you elected me as your representative, I hit the ground running, passing legislation that is good for our community – from protecting families' right to choose to delivering infrastructure investments to PA-06. I will continue to fight my heart out for you and your family.

But today, we face an uphill battle. Our families and communities face crises on all fronts, and there's too much at stake to let the GOP enact its extremist and destructive agenda. Now more than ever, I need your support.
