Here's a quick recap of what Republicans have been up to since Kevin McCarthy stepped in as Speaker.

FIRST: House Republicans have already introduced a number of bills aimed at restricting funding and access to reproductive health care.

THEN: Republicans got to work threatening to cut Social Security and Medicare. They've also taken aim at measures that helped reduce the cost of prescription drugs.

LAST WEEK: The far-right darling Marjorie Taylor Greene all but endorsed the dissolution of the United States -- calling for a ‘Nation Divorce.’ Mind you; Greene sits on the House Homeland Security Committee!

We're two months into this term, but it's already clear how crucial it is for Democrats to retake the House majority and make sure Kevin McCarthy is no longer Speaker of the House.
