This sermon, I did not think was one of my greatest sermons ever preached but something incredible happened.

I preached the message at our 9am and 11am services. I gave no altar call but instead led our church family in Communion at the end of service.

Upon, finishing Communion, I then dismissed everyone and did my usual thing which is to shake the hand of every person at our church for both services.

I left the church around 1pm and as soon as I got home my phone started exploding with text messages and emails from the members of Sheridan sharing with me their testimony of what they experienced God do during the sermon.

The volume of testimonies was incredible and the description of freedom that so many experienced shocked me because on the surface I did not see anything taking place other than God's people simply receiving God's Word.
