** March 9 - Power Hour!
------------------------------------------------------------
Renewable Heat Now (the campaign of which AGREE is a founding member) hosted an amazing Power Hour in February with over 50 people joining and taking action together on the call. Here is the current letter writing action ([link removed]) that you can take now and share throughout your networks.
Register now for ⚡ March Power Hour here! ([link removed])
The next RHN Power Hour will take place Thursday, March 9 from 7PM - 8PM. Together we will plan how to win urgent climate legislation that will get fossil fuels out of our buildings and improve life for all New Yorkers.

** March 14 - Virtual Advocacy Day!
------------------------------------------------------------
The Renewable Heat Now campaign and our allies are planning an important virtual day of advocacy for the NY HEAT Act (New York Home Energy Affordable Transition) S2016 Krueger & May ([link removed]) / A4592 Fahy
([link removed]) . The NY HEAT bill will facilitate a just transition for workers, create certainty for utilities and their customers, and result in safe, comfortable, climate-friendly homes for New Yorkers over the coming decades.
✊ Please register here for our March 14 advocacy day! ([link removed])
(You can choose one or more 30-minute-slots from 9:00AM - 3:30PM)
We also invite you to forward this to your groups. We will send follow up information and schedules to everyone who registers.
There is amazing organic energy around our whole legislative package ([link removed]) this year, but we need to keep advocating in many ways to help counter fossil fuel industry funded disinformation and to ensure a just and equitable transition away from harmful fossil fuels.

This Career Fair is the first in a series of events across the state and is designed to help create equitable clean energy career pathways in New York and achieve the state’s climate and clean energy goals.
If you know someone in Central New York who is seeking a job, education or training in renewable energy, building electrification and HVAC, green construction, energy efficiency, and weatherization encourage them to attend. If they don't have time to register, they are welcome to attend anyway.
