Well-CALM #1 – Get knowledge. Hear the stories. Spread the word
Yes,
John.
Thank you for joining the Campaign Against Living Miserably.
It's your time to act! There’s loads we can do together to drive forward the movement against suicide. Over the next couple of weeks this Well-CALM series of four will aim to give you the inspiration and tools to campaign for a life less miserable, in your own way.
Conversations on suicide and mental health can be tricky, so let’s start by giving you some information on the issue and some simple tools to spread the word, help yourself and those around you.

Jonny Sharples, whose brother Simon took his own life in 2014, is a CALM ambassador, writer and football fanatic. Here, Jonny shares his story – one of loss but also one of hope.
