Dear John,

I want you to think about Kayla Furton.

In many ways, Kayla’s was the quintessential Wisconsin story – settling down to raise a family in the small town of Marinette where she and her husband grew up.

Then, in what’s becoming an altogether too common Wisconsin story, she found out that the water on her property and that she, her husband, and her three kids had been drinking was poisoned – and that the local factory that was contaminating her water knew about it for years.

You can help bring Wisconsinites like Kayla to Madison for Clean Water Lobby Day and make their voices heard. Just $40 helps cover the bus costs of one Lobby Day attendee. Will you sponsor a conservation voter with a generous donation to Wisconsin Conservation Voters today? [[link removed]]

Kayla – like so many of her neighbors in Marinette and around Wisconsin – knew she had to take action, and now she’s one of the leading voices in the fight against PFAS contamination.

“No individual, no family, no child should be put at risk through the water they drink or through their environment. I am committed to working for clean water for all – our children, our neighbors, our state deserve at least that,” Kayla says.

It’s that commitment to her community that’s bringing her to Madison for Clean Water Lobby Day on January 30th – to stand with other conservation voters to let decision makers know that Wisconsin cannot wait any long for clean water.

No child should have to drink contaminated drinking water in Wisconsin. Your generous contribution today of $40, $80, $120, or whatever you can afford helps us bring conservation voters from across the state to Clean Water Lobby Day to make their voices heard: [[link removed]]

Thank you for fighting for clean water for all Wisconsinites.
