In the race to replace Wisconsin’s right-wing Supreme Court majority with
a progressive one, Judge Janet Protasiewicz’ new TV ad warns voters that
conservative extremist Dan Kelly was, for years, on the payroll of a
radical anti-abortion group and will uphold Wisconsin's abortion ban.

Hard-hitting TV ads focusing voters on abortion crushed the "Republican
wave" in the midterms last year. This ad is poised to do that again in the
April 4 election Politico calls the "biggest election of 2023."

Janet Protasiewicz won the 4-way primary for Wisconsin Supreme Court last
week, and faces conservative Dan Kelly in the April 4 election.

Judge Janet is a strong pro-choice, pro-democracy progressive whose
victory would end the tyrannical conservative majority on the Wisconsin
Supreme Court -- putting progressives in charge until at least 2025.

The New York Times reports that this election "will determine the fate of
abortion rights, gerrymandered legislative maps, and perhaps even
influence the state’s 2024 presidential election."

This race has enormous national implications. And this hard-hitting TV ad
is exactly what’s needed.

Thanks for being a bold progressive.
