Dear John,
Last July, prominent military installation Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE) in Virginia hosted their first-ever Diversity, Equity, Inclusion Summer Festival, advertised as including "bouncy houses and face-painting for the children."
What was less advertised--with no official photos released post-event--was that a drag performer appeared for what one airman described as a "hyper-sexualized" stage event. It was "not something appropriate for children," he said, requesting anonymity to avoid retaliation.
Also last summer, the service branches posted rainbow symbols on social media to show their support of Pride Month--including a Marine Corps combat helmet with rainbow-painted bullets. And instructors at the Air Force Academy were told in September not to use "gendered terms" like "mom and dad" in any training, as cadets may have "two dads, etc."
With America's military at a tipping point, Family Research Council is sounding the alarm about these leftist and virtue-signaling initiatives. FRC has 40 years of experience in giving voice to military service members who are faithful and on-mission.
An Army veteran of 36 years, FRC Executive Vice President Lt. Gen. (Ret.) William Boykin has rightfully stated that he has "never been more concerned about our military."
FRC has a plan to push back against those using the U.S. Armed Forces as a testing ground for social engineering policies. Will you join us with your generous support today?

Playing politics with our military is dangerous. FRC's team of researchers is chronicling trends that the Biden administration aims to spin or downplay.
In what U.S. Army Secretary Christine Wormuth calls "the most challenging recruiting year" since 1973, the Army recently missed its recruiting goal by a whopping 25%.
And for the first time in the history of its annual military strength index reporting, The Heritage Foundation has ranked the U.S. military as "weak."
You'd think Wormuth and other top military brass would ask: Why?
But they're not, because they won't like the answer. Instead, their focus has been on a host of leftist social engineering causes: LGBT indoctrination of service members, financing abortion travel, and requiring women to register for the draft.
The forces arrayed against truth may seem formidable. However, as a Marine veteran myself, you can rest assured that I will never back down from a fight. And neither will FRC.
General Boykin and I believe that continued public awareness of the current military's social engineering misadventures--as FRC has been reporting on consistently--can help turn the tide back to their founding mission.
In the face of these very real threats against freedom, can you support FRC today in our work to uphold the principles of duty, honor, and country as paramount?

In this democratic republic, the American people ultimately decide which leaders will set the direction for our nation. So it's critical that concerned citizens are informed on what's really going on.
Every day, thousands of Americans are reading The Washington Stand and tuning in to FRC's Washington Watch radio and TV program to get the latest news and analysis from a biblical worldview.
When they do, they're shocked to hear from FRC experts and stalwart, on-mission leaders about how the Left is redefining the military's mission--with events like the "family-friendly" drag show at the Langley military base.
It's clear this has nothing to do with military readiness or defeating our adversaries! The Biden administration will never turn around the troop shortage with leftist virtue-signaling.
Can you back up FRC with prayer and support in this critical hour?
Together we can push back against ideologies that are undermining the strength of our military and stand with our nation's honorable service members.
