Hi there — See that little girl in the photo? That’s me, with my Nana and grandfather.

They raised me right here in Wisconsin and worked hard to give me every opportunity in the world to learn, grow, and thrive. And when they got older, I became my Nana’s primary caregiver. It was a challenging but deeply rewarding experience — one that continues to inform my work as a Senator.

I saw firsthand the importance of strengthening and protecting Wisconsinites’ earned benefits of Medicare and Social Security. That’s why I’m appalled that Republicans are threatening budget cuts to these vital programs.

As a Senator, I’ve worked across party lines to pass bipartisan legislation into law to support family caregivers across America. I’m committed to protecting and expanding affordable healthcare access for all people and will fight any effort to end Social Security and Medicare. Seniors have worked too hard to see these programs taken away by Republicans.

I’m defending these programs from Republican attacks in the U.S. Senate, and I’m hoping you can chip in a few dollars before my February fundraising deadline to make sure I can keep up the fight. Will you pitch in $5 to show you have my back today? [[link removed]]
