John,

This is beyond outrageous. President Biden is presiding over the absolute shredding of the Constitution.

Biden’s Secret Service just banned a Christian pastor from praying on a public sidewalk in front of the Chinese Embassy. Worse, they threatened to arrest him because they were “told that by Chinese officials.”

If the Biden Administration thinks it can chuck the Constitution out the window in order to kowtow to the Chinese Communist Party, it has another thing coming.

The ACLJ is coming. We JUST sent a legal demand letter to the Biden Secret Service demanding that it never ban prayer because Chinese Communist Party goons say so. And we’re ready to go to court if necessary.

President Biden’s absolute lawlessness, the pervasive and insidious war on Christians, and the reckless betrayal of the Constitution will not stand.

At the ACLJ, we were built for this moment, winning monumental cases at the Supreme Court for decades. But right now, we are facing some of the most extreme challenges we’ve ever faced. We urgently need you as we fight in court to defeat Biden.
