Student Conservation Stamp Art Show

Do you like to draw or paint? It?s not to late to enter the Student Conservation Art Stamp Show for this year. The subject for 2023 is the beaver. Interested students or teachers of students can submit artwork by March 31. Find more information in the rule book.

We want to take you on your first turkey hunt!

Are you interested in learning how to turkey hunt, but don?t know how to get started?? We want to show you how!? ? The First Hunt Foundation, Wyoming Outdoorsmen, Wyoming Game and Fish Department and several private landowners are partnering once again to offer first-time turkey hunters a mentored hunting opportunity this spring. We are looking for kids ages 12-17, families and adult women in the Big Horn Basin who are interested in learning how to hunt turkeys. Apply for this unique opportunity.

The Wyoming Game and Fish Department will be hosting overnight youth and family camps this summer.?The camps focus on introducing recreational opportunities to our participants that they can enjoy long after their time at Whiskey Mountain. Activities include archery, fishing, birdwatching, hiking, canoeing and much more. Register today!

Nominations being accepted for Wyoming Youth Conservationist of the Year

The Wyoming Game and Fish Department wants to recognize youth who have made significant contributions to the outdoors. Game and Fish is?accepting nominations?for the Wyoming Youth Conservationist of the Year award. The award honors a Wyoming resident 18 years or younger who has demonstrated leadership and accomplishment in any aspect of conservation, either individually or as part of a group.
