Hi John, there’s a good chance your inbox is filling up with end-of-month donation requests so we’ll get right to it.

While we don’t expect you to respond to every request with a donation, we hope you’ll consider chipping in toward our February fundraising goal today. Here three reasons why we’re asking:

1. The Center for Politics released their first analysis of the 2024 election for control of the House a few days ago. The race for the majority is starting as a toss-up. 


2. A THIRD Republican contender has thrown their hat in the ring to challenge Lauren’s seat and try to flip our district for the GOP.


3. Our hard-won freedoms, livelihoods and futures are on the line. It’s going to take all of us working together to defend and strengthen our fundamental rights.

All this to say that the race for IL-14 and control of Congress in 2024 is going to be competitive — it’s vital that we stay on top of our game as the GOP fights hard and spends huge sums to take Lauren’s seat and hold on to the House majority.
