Time is running out to submit your application to receive ANCHOR property tax relief! Eligible homeowners and renters can receive up to $1,500 through the ANCHOR program when they apply by tomorrow, February 28th. The application deadline is tomorrow at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Submit your application today!?

Hotline hours are extended to 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on February 27th and 8:00 a.m. to midnight on February 28th. The Division of Taxation is also opening in-person assistance at 3 John Fitch Way, Trenton, New Jersey, from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on February 27th and 8:30 a.m. to midnight on February 28th. If you come for in-person assistance, please bring a government-issued ID.
