You see, the winter months — especially the ones following a big election year like we just had — are always tough for fundraising.
And we get it. We put our all into supporting North Carolina Democrats. Now, with so much happening in the world, we want to tune out these (yes, sometimes repetitive) fundraising appeals in our inboxes.
But we can’t afford to do that. We can’t wait until two months before the 2024 elections to start raising money again. We can’t even wait until 2024 to start fundraising.
We need to start organizing now or we risk our state falling into the hands of far-right extremists.
